Product Overview
The Amaron Current AM130ST36 is a premium 130Ah short tubular battery engineered to provide reliable and consistent power backup for homes and small offices. Built with advanced Hi-Coerce™ high-pressure spine casting, this 12V battery is designed to handle frequent and long power cuts while maintaining a long service life.
Its compact Short Tubular form factor makes it an ideal space-saving solution without compromising on the deep-discharge performance required for Indian power conditions.

Key Features & Benefits
• High Capacity (130Ah): Robust power storage for medium household loads, ensuring your essential appliances stay running.
• Advanced Tubular Technology: Features Panoptic Spines for reduced corrosion, leading to an exceptionally long battery life.
• Ultra-Low Maintenance: Designed with Satiated Wet Paste™ technology, requiring very infrequent water topping compared to standard batteries.
• Faster Recharge: High charge acceptance ensures the battery recovers quickly even after deep discharge cycles.
• Universal Compatibility: Works perfectly with all 12V inverter systems ranging from 600VA to 1100VA.
• Built for Durability: Strong, vibration-resistant container ensures safety and longevity in various environmental conditions.
Power Backup Performance
The AMARON Current AM130ST36 130Ah Short Tubular Battery provides reliable power backup for homes and small shops. With a 130Ah capacity (12V), it can deliver around 95 minutes of backup under standard test conditions, depending on the connected load and inverter efficiency.

In a typical home setup, it can comfortably support fans, LED lights, TV, and Wi-Fi router during power cuts, making it a dependable choice for everyday inverter backup.
Build Quality & Technology
Battery – AM130ST36

The AMARON Current AM130ST36 is built using advanced tubular battery technology designed for long service life and consistent inverter performance.

HI-COERCE™ Spine Casting Technology strengthens the internal plates through high-pressure casting, helping the battery handle deep discharge cycles while maintaining durability over years of use.

PANOPTIC SPINE™ Design improves corrosion resistance, which enhances overall battery lifespan and reliability even in areas with frequent power cuts.

SATIATED WET PASTE™ Active Material ensures better bonding of the active material with the plates, delivering stable power output and improved charging efficiency.

SERRATED SEP™ Technology promotes uniform electrolyte distribution inside the battery, reducing acid stratification and improving long-term performance.

Combined with a robust short tubular design, this battery is engineered to provide dependable inverter backup with low maintenance and long operational life for homes, shops, and small offices.
Compatibility & Usage
The AMARON Current AM130ST36 130Ah Short Tubular Battery is designed for 12V inverter and UPS systems. For higher voltage systems, multiple batteries can be connected in series — 2 batteries for 24V systems and 3 batteries for 36V systems. It is suitable for powering essential appliances like fans, LED lights, TV, and Wi-Fi router in homes, shops, and small offices during power cuts.

The UPSbhai Verdict
The AMARON Current AM130ST36 130Ah Short Tubular Battery is a practical option when your power load is higher but backup requirement is shorter. In such cases, you can use a higher-capacity inverter with smaller batteries to reduce overall system cost.

For example, if a 3BHK home requires a 2KVA 24V inverter, you can install two 130Ah batteries in series (24V) with the inverter. This setup can handle higher load appliances, while keeping the battery cost lower compared to larger 150Ah–200Ah batteries.

So, if your priority is handling more load rather than very long backup, this battery becomes a cost-effective and reliable choice for home inverter systems.
